1. Safeguard store assets against theft and collaborate with management to prevent losses.
2. Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and utilize CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
3. Identify and report potential internal theft opportunities to store management.
4. Adhere to Sephora's policies and procedures regarding suspicious cases, ensuring evidence preservation when applicable.
5. Report all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits to relevant departments.
6. Testify in court on behalf of the company in any criminal or civil cases as required.
7. Develop and maintain professional relationships with store employees, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers.
8. Assist in store audits, safety checks, and communicate findings to store leadership.
9. Support store leadership in inventory processes and conduct punctual and cyclical inventory checks.
10. Monitor monthly locker inspections and maintain updated store licenses in the backstage area.
11. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures, adhering to the LVMH code of ethics and conduct.
12. Complete all My SEPHORA Learning training sessions and raise awareness about loss prevention among store staff.
13. Participate in touchbase meetings and contribute to the training of new employees.

1. Experience in loss prevention, preferably in retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Basic computer skills.
