1. Oversee the receipt, organization, and storage of goods in the warehouse.
2. Ensure efficient flow of goods between warehouse and sales floor.
3. Manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks and ensuring product availability.
4. Coordinate timely reordering of goods with the Supply Chain department.
5. Ensure compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines.
6. Develop and train team members in warehouse organization and logistics processes.
7. Collaborate with the store team to support product launches and promotions.
8. Maintain cleanliness and order in the stockroom and sales floor.
9. Support seasonal or campaign-related store conversions.
10. Manage shrinkage and adhere to Sephora Audit procedures.

1. Completed 3-year training in logistics or at least 3 years of experience in stockroom or operations.

1. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
2. Hands-on mentality and dynamic work approach.
3. Fluency in English or native language of the country.
4. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or related field.

Completed 3-year training in logistics or related field.
