- Provide professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
- Achieve store sales and service goals by booking and rebooking appointments, driving product recommendations, and converting service clients to retail customers.
- Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and sanitation protocols for client safety.
- Deliver personalised client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and routines, and build lasting relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required minimum weekly hours for a part-time role.
- Active state license permitting waxing, makeup application and false-lash services in the state of practice.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty-service role or in retail, hospitality or a service environment.
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends and service techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, personalised client service and to build client loyalty.
- Reliable availability for evenings, weekends and holidays and consistent punctuality.
