1. Provide professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio including makeup application, waxing and false-lash application according to Sephora’s service menu.
2. Achieve store sales and service goals by booking and rebooking appointments, driving product recommendations, and converting service clients to retail customers.
3. Maintain active licensure and adhere to all health, hygiene and sanitation protocols for client safety.
4. Deliver personalised client consultations to assess needs, recommend products and routines, and build lasting relationships.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
6. Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required minimum weekly hours for a part-time role.

1. Active state license permitting waxing, makeup application and false-lash services in the state of practice.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar beauty-service role or in retail, hospitality or a service environment.
3. Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends and service techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver high-quality, personalised client service and to build client loyalty.
5. Reliable availability for evenings, weekends and holidays and consistent punctuality.
