- Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio (makeup application, waxing and false-lash application) in accordance with Sephora's service menu and standards.
- Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking beauty services and achieving individual and store targets.
- Maintain an active state license for required services and strictly adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols.
- Educate and consult clients on products, trends and home-care routines to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora operational and customer-service standards.
- Work a flexible schedule and meet minimum weekly shift requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ensure punctuality, reliable attendance and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application where services are delivered.
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client-facing service environments.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and service techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat business.
- Availability to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
