1. Deliver professional beauty services at the Beauty Studio (makeup application, waxing and false-lash application) in accordance with Sephora's service menu and standards.
2. Drive store performance by selling products, rebooking beauty services and achieving individual and store targets.
3. Maintain an active state license for required services and strictly adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols.
4. Educate and consult clients on products, trends and home-care routines to build trust and long-term relationships.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and uphold Sephora operational and customer-service standards.
6. Work a flexible schedule and meet minimum weekly shift requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
7. Ensure punctuality, reliable attendance and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup and false-lash application where services are delivered.
2. 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client-facing service environments.
3. Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends and service techniques.
4. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build repeat business.
5. Availability to work retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
