Sephora Licensed Beauty Advisor (Part-time)

1. Deliver professional beauty services in the Beauty Studio, including makeup application, waxing and false eyelash application, in accordance with Sephora’s service menu.
2. Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs, recommend products and techniques, and educate clients on current beauty trends and product usage.
3. Drive sales by selling products, rebooking services, and building lasting client relationships to support store performance targets.
4. Maintain active licensure, adhere to hygiene, health and safety protocols, and uphold company service standards at all times.
5. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and support store operations during peak hours, weekends and holiday periods.

1. Active, state-required license to perform waxing, makeup and false eyelash application in the state where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a beauty services role or in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored client service and achieve sales targets through consultative selling and service rebooking.
4. Availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) with reliable punctuality and attendance.
5. Ability to comply with health, safety and sanitation standards and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
