1. Deliver licensed beauty services including makeup application, waxing, and false eyelash application according to Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
2. Drive sales and service revenue by consulting clients, recommending products, and rebooking follow-up appointments.
3. Educate and inspire clients by maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge and providing personalized recommendations.
4. Maintain active state licensure and adhere to all sanitation, health and safety protocols and hygiene standards.
5. Provide an inclusive and welcoming client experience that reflects Sephora standards and company policies.
6. Collaborate with peers to achieve store goals, participate in team initiatives, and support a culture of openness and respect.
7. Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required weekly shift minimums.
8. Perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stock handling, including lifting up to 50 pounds when required.

1. Active state license to perform waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state where services are performed.
2. 1–3 years’ experience in a similar licensed role or experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge across makeup and skin-care categories and ability to convey expertise to clients.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service, build rapport, and drive repeat business through rebooking.
5. Reliable availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and consistent punctuality and attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to perform standing service shifts.

Preferred 1–3 years of experience in a licensed beauty role or equivalent experience in retail, hospitality, or service environments. Entry-level candidates with strong customer service skills and relevant licensing will be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of state-required cosmetology or esthetician program and any coursework required to obtain/maintain applicable licenses.
