Sephora IT Manager

- Serve as the primary contact for all IT-related matters.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative changes.
- Manage the change process in alignment with Group's Project Governance best practices.
- Oversee the IT local department's resources.
- Manage the Annual Country IT Budget.
- Assist in implementing and modifying the country's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with security rules, such as GDPR, as established by the Corporate Security Department.
- Administer and maintain the company's infrastructure.
- Manage the fixed and mobile country network.
- Oversee help desk activities performed by third parties at the country level.
- Provide support for troubleshooting and interventions, escalating issues to European Support Teams when necessary.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage local hardware and software purchases within Group policies.
- Ensure responsible maintenance of company assets.
- Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and relay relevant IT information to superiors.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience.
- Strong IT infrastructure and operations management skills.
- Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in retail is advantageous.
- Project and change management experience preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in IT management.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
