1. Serve as the primary contact for all IT-related matters.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative changes.
3. Manage the change process in alignment with Group's Project Governance best practices.
4. Oversee the IT local department's resources.
5. Manage the Annual Country IT Budget.
6. Assist in implementing and modifying the country's IT infrastructure.
7. Ensure compliance with security rules, such as GDPR, as established by the Corporate Security Department.
8. Administer and maintain the company's infrastructure.
9. Manage the fixed and mobile country network.
10. Oversee help desk activities performed by third parties at the country level.
11. Provide support for troubleshooting and interventions, escalating issues to European Support Teams when necessary.
12. Maintain vendor relationships and manage local hardware and software purchases within Group policies.
13. Ensure responsible maintenance of company assets.
14. Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and relay relevant IT information to superiors.

1. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience.

1. Strong IT infrastructure and operations management skills.
2. Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Experience in retail is advantageous.
5. Project and change management experience preferred.
