1. Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the designated Sephora store location.
2. Ensure effective operation of the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio, including the training of the Coordinator, Beauty Studio.
3. Leverage technology innovations to enhance in-store client experiences.
4. Manage the Online Reservation system to optimize Beauty Advisors' availability and class scheduling.
5. Coordinate in-store events to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
6. Facilitate the training and development of Beauty Advisors, focusing on skill enhancement and certification processes.
7. Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
8. Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors to ensure exceptional service.

1. Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
2. Proven ability to attract, train, and develop talented store leaders.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

3. Exceptional organizational and event management skills.

Two to four years in a similar managerial role within a high-volume retail environment.

The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
