- Provide active support and expert advice to customers in hair care and other beauty departments.
- Exemplify the Sephora Attitude by welcoming, engaging, and closing sales with customers.
- Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and establish customer relationships.
- Share knowledge of products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
- Continuously develop personal expertise and share insights with the team.
- Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
- Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
- Assist with warehousing, stocking, and merchandising updates.
- Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Completed training in relevant beauty departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational and team spirit.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
