1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers in hair care and other beauty departments.

3. Utilize in-depth product knowledge to sell products and establish customer relationships.
4. Share knowledge of products, trends, and beauty news with customers and team members.
5. Continuously develop personal expertise and share insights with the team.
6. Implement beauty classes and manage the Beauty Hub.
7. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
8. Maintain assortment and merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked.
9. Clean furniture and products on the sales floor.
10. Assist with warehousing, stocking, and merchandising updates.
11. Operate the cash register and perform additional daily business tasks.
12. Monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

1. Completed training in relevant beauty departments with a minimum training period of 6 months.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.

5. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
