1. Lead the HR IT team and manage integration projects between HR and Payroll applications.
2. Oversee the RUN phase of integrations, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with service level agreements.
3. Plan and manage budgets, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
4. Maintain deep functional and technical knowledge to effectively manage the lifecycle of domain solutions.
5. Supervise the implementation of HR integration projects, enhancements, and support activities.
6. Implement IT solutions for application interfacing between the SuccessFactors platform and other related solutions.
7. Manage a team of internal project managers and external consultants located in France and Morocco.
8. Report to the Information Systems Department under the Corporate Domain Director.

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science.
2. Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in an IT domain manager or similar role within an IT department – HR division – in a retail company or a consulting firm.
3. Significant experience in an international organization.
4. Fluent in English.

1. Experience managing IT teams or domains.
2. Knowledge of HR management software (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
3. Mastery of project management and IT development standards and methodologies.
4. Skilled in budget management and chargeback mechanisms.
5. Practical knowledge of ITIL service management.
6. Functional knowledge of HRIS processes.
7. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 10 years in an IT domain manager or similar role, with significant international experience.
