1. Manage a diverse portfolio of technology and digital purchases, including hardware, software, intellectual services, telecommunications, infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
2. Actively participate in the development of purchasing strategies and lead tender processes in alignment with Sephora's Tech and Digital roadmaps and cost reduction objectives.
3. Conduct complex contract negotiations in collaboration with Sephora's business and tech teams, as well as legal, security, and architecture departments.
4. Lead and manage the supplier panel for intellectual services, optimize the hardware catalog, and oversee deployment/support partners globally.
5. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorously monitor cost savings through the procurement management tool.
6. Coordinate purchasing initiatives with regional Sephora teams and LVMH Group to ensure global coherence and efficiency.
7. Provide strategic advice to management on purchasing strategies based on business priorities and technological advancements.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or Digital procurement in an international context.

1. Proven ability to propose and communicate effectively both internally and with external partners.
2. Demonstrated capability to lead negotiations and manage projects autonomously, taking initiative and managing priorities.
3. Strong analytical skills, data handling, and impactful presentation creation.
4. Proven ability to work in a project mode, managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
5. Curiosity and interest in IT, digital, and new technologies.
6. Strong focus on cost optimization and value creation.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction and collaboration with diverse teams, executive committees, and international stakeholders.
8. Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or Digital procurement in an international context.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
