Sephora Global Senior Purchaser - Tech & Digital

- Manage a diverse portfolio of technology and digital purchases, including hardware, software, intellectual services, telecommunications, infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
- Actively participate in the development of purchasing strategies and lead tender processes in alignment with Sephora's Tech and Digital roadmaps and cost reduction objectives.
- Conduct complex contract negotiations in collaboration with Sephora's business and tech teams, as well as legal, security, and architecture departments.
- Lead and manage the supplier panel for intellectual services, optimize the hardware catalog, and oversee deployment/support partners globally.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorously monitor cost savings through the procurement management tool.
- Coordinate purchasing initiatives with regional Sephora teams and LVMH Group to ensure global coherence and efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice to management on purchasing strategies based on business priorities and technological advancements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT or Digital procurement in an international context.
- Proven ability to propose and communicate effectively both internally and with external partners.
- Demonstrated capability to lead negotiations and manage projects autonomously, taking initiative and managing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, data handling, and impactful presentation creation.
- Proven ability to work in a project mode, managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Curiosity and interest in IT, digital, and new technologies.
- Strong focus on cost optimization and value creation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction and collaboration with diverse teams, executive committees, and international stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or Digital procurement in an international context.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
