Sephora Floor Manager

- Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
- Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
- Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the management team.
- Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters and make store decisions.
- Engage in all store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
- Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Leadership and team motivation skills.
- Strong client service and experiential retail skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback and career development.
Minimum of 3 years in retail management.
