Sephora Floor Manager

1. Lead and support the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience.
2. Model the Sephora experience by embodying the brand's values and delivering a curated beauty experience.
3. Drive a sales-focused culture to exceed KPIs and enhance team performance through coaching.
4. Utilize reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with the management team.
5. Serve as the Manager in Charge (MIC) to address client and team member matters and make store decisions.
6. Engage in all store functions including sales, management, and back-of-house operations.

1. Previous retail management experience in profit and loss, sales forecasting, and people management.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.
3. Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

3. Ability to maintain a positive store culture through feedback and career development.

Minimum of 3 years in retail management.

$32.24/hr + Super + Commission + Weekend & Public Holiday loading
