Sephora Events and Experience Manager

- Define, plan, and execute the annual events and experiences calendar for Sephora Middle East.
- Align planning and execution with business objectives and key thematic moments.
- Manage all aspects of event production, including pre-production logistics and onsite execution.
- Liaise with internal and global Sephora teams, suppliers, agencies, brands, and external entities to ensure smooth facilitation of events.
- Develop workback schedules and ensure compliance with legal permit regulations.
- Oversee logistical and budgetary planning to meet business requirements across venues and supplier selection.
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to optimize performance and brand impact.
- Lead contract negotiations with procurement and legal teams for event alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for event sponsorships and activations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee budgetary requirements, including risk assessment and troubleshooting.
- Manage administrative duties and financial project milestones.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR/Events, either agency or client-side.
- Managerial experience preferred.
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing PR campaigns.
- Experience in a media, beauty, or retail environment is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Adaptability to various situations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Data analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability.
- Creativity and practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key influencers and organizations.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
Minimum of 5 years in PR/Events, with managerial experience preferred.
