Sephora E‑Content Specialist (Portuguese native)

- Plan, schedule and execute editorial and promotional content for web and mobile app channels according to the editorial/calendar strategy.
- Publish and update daily content on website and app, ensuring accurate implementation of campaigns, animations and merchandising assets.
- Coordinate with brand partners to define animation calendars, develop brand spaces and enhance digital brand presence.
- Brief, commission and manage creative agencies for digital assets (banners, landing pages, email creatives), including follow‑up and quality control.
- Contribute to blog and editorial copy with SEO best practices and optimization.
- Manage sampling and GWP (gift‑with‑purchase) implementations across digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and promote new digital initiatives to drive customer engagement and e‑commerce performance; liaise closely with CRM, Digital, Marketing, Commercial, Offer and Supply Chain teams.
- Native Portuguese speaker with professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in e‑commerce or digital content management within retail or beauty.
- Proven experience with Content Management Systems; hands‑on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud highly desirable.
- Strong editorial judgment with SEO knowledge and ability to produce and edit web copy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple campaigns and timelines.
- Experience briefing and managing creative agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Minimum three years of relevant experience in e‑commerce/web content management, including demonstrated use of CMS platforms and campaign execution. Prior exposure to beauty, luxury retail or consumer brands is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
