Sephora Stage Experience Lead

- Supervise and coordinate all on‑floor departments (Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, Haircare or combinations) to ensure consistent execution of Sephora’s selling model.
- Coach and develop on‑stage cast to deliver exceptional client service and meet store sales targets; conduct regular check‑ins and performance feedback.
- Respond to and action client feedback in a timely manner via appropriate channels, partnering with management to resolve client issues.
- Ensure World selling cast are trained and proficient in Client Interactive Technology and other in‑store digital selling tools.
- Support planning and execution of in‑store events to drive traffic, conversion and client engagement.
- Monitor departmental performance metrics, identify business opportunities and partner with management to implement action plans.
- Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience in a high‑volume beauty or luxury retail environment, or equivalent internal Sephora experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop store talent to drive sales and deliver best‑in‑class client service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience managing client feedback and executing corrective action plans.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, retail environment with variable hours, including event support.

Minimum three years of progressive retail supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail environment, or equivalent internal experience at Sephora.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary certificate or diploma in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
