1. Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Support and advise team members in various departments such as Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
3. Ensure smooth daily operations and commercial excellence through effective floor management.
4. Conduct inventories and manage the full product handling cycle, including receiving, storage, and returns.
5. Oversee store maintenance, including cleanliness, pricing, and product refills.
6. Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-on-year growth.
8. Monitor expenses and manage department budgets.
9. Ensure compliance with Sephora Audit rules and operational routines.

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.
