1. Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Manage floor operations to ensure commercial excellence.
3. Oversee inventory processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
4. Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, including cash register management.
5. Collaborate on visual merchandising and in-store animations.
6. Drive sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
7. Communicate targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership.
2. Experience in a premium or service-oriented environment.
3. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.

Minimum of 3 years in retail and team leadership roles, ideally within a premium or service-oriented environment.
