Sephora Customer Insights Executive

- Analyze customer behavior across the full lifecycle to identify trends, opportunities, and key drivers of engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Build and evolve customer segmentation to support more personalized and relevant marketing strategies.
- Monitor the performance of retention initiatives against KPIs and contribute to regular performance reviews.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to clearly communicate performance and insight recommendations to stakeholders.
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis to support brand, marketing, and customer experience queries.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer insights, analytics, or data-focused role.
- Proficiency in data tools, with Excel being essential; familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, or GA4 is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality analysis.
- Confident communication and presentation skills, able to convey findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, motivated approach, with the desire to continuously learn and grow.
