Sephora Creative Services Coordinator

- Develop and manage creative project timelines, workback schedules, and daily workflows for the Creative Team.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Services Manager to scope and plan resourcing needs accurately.
- Support the Creative Team in guiding projects from kickoff through concept development to final delivery.
- Ensure alignment and clarity in project execution by collaborating daily with the Creative Services Manager and Project Management team.
- Proactively remove roadblocks and optimize workflows to ensure efficient project and team operations.
- Undertake additional project-related tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Strong project and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and agile working style, comfortable with independent operation and quick adaptation to changing needs.
- Exceptional communication skills for seamless collaboration across creative and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MAC OS, Microsoft 360, and Smartsheet, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong asset.
Experience in a creative services or project management role within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Compensation ranges between CAD$57,800.00 - CAD$64,600.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
