1. Develop and manage creative project timelines, workback schedules, and daily workflows for the Creative Team.
2. Collaborate closely with the Creative Services Manager to scope and plan resourcing needs accurately.
3. Support the Creative Team in guiding projects from kickoff through concept development to final delivery.
4. Ensure alignment and clarity in project execution by collaborating daily with the Creative Services Manager and Project Management team.
5. Proactively remove roadblocks and optimize workflows to ensure efficient project and team operations.
6. Undertake additional project-related tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

1. Strong project and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
2. Proactive and agile working style, comfortable with independent operation and quick adaptation to changing needs.
3. Exceptional communication skills for seamless collaboration across creative and cross-functional teams.
4. Proficiency with MAC OS, Microsoft 360, and Smartsheet, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
5. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong asset.

Experience in a creative services or project management role within a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Compensation ranges between CAD$57,800.00 - CAD$64,600.00, plus bonus and RRSP matching.
