Sephora Corporate Training Coordinator

- Conduct comprehensive business needs assessments through interviews, data analysis, surveys, and continuous stakeholder interaction to transform strategic demands into effective learning solutions for corporate areas and leadership.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Annual Training and Development Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and contributing to the strengthening of organizational capabilities.
- Create innovative and multi-format learning experiences, including in-person training, online courses, learning paths, videos, and digital materials tailored to the profile and needs of the target audience.
- Lead and continuously enhance the onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a consistent journey aligned with organizational culture and oriented towards rapid productivity.
- Act as an ambassador of organizational culture, implementing initiatives and content that reinforce key values, competencies, and behaviors, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Manage the Corporate University and e-learning ecosystem, ensuring usability, continuous updates, and strategic content curation.
- Structure, monitor, and analyze T&D indicators, including engagement, satisfaction, impact, ROI, and competency evolution, translating data into recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage suppliers, consultancies, and internal partners, ensuring technical quality, alignment with best practices, and resource optimization.
- Collaborate with global T&D teams, promoting international alignment, sharing best practices, and creating synergies in corporate initiatives.
- Lead and develop an intern, providing guidance, monitoring, and support for professional growth and excellence in deliverables.
- Minimum of 5 years in Corporate Education, Training & Development, or related fields.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, analyzing indicators, and managing learning projects.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical skills for diagnostics, data interpretation, and evidence-based decision-making.
