1. Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Oversee daily operations of the corner at ECI Puerto Banús.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
4. Drive retail projects with a focus on expansion and growth.
5. Foster a dynamic and engaging work environment.
6. Implement onboarding and training programs for new staff.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
3. Strong ability to manage KPIs and sales targets.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.
