- Define and implement operational marketing strategies across all elements of the marketing mix.
- Coordinate the launch of a new market, ensuring seamless integration of assortment, merchandising, promotion, communication, and pricing.
- Oversee cross-functional teams including negotiation, marketing, commercial, digital, supply, finance, and IT.
- Manage brand relationships in the context of new market openings.
- Contribute to the execution of the new market launch, collaborating with Brand Partnership teams for brand negotiations.
- Coordinate space allocation processes for new stores, balancing brand representation.
- Lead local trade and merchandising actions.
- Prepare and execute a commercial animation plan specific to the Belgian market.
- Ensure operational excellence in coordination with commercial, supply, and marketing teams.
- Analyze brand performance and contribute to the development of 360-degree launch plans for new products.
- Monitor budget adherence and implement marketing plans to achieve sales and margin objectives.
- Propose corrective actions to optimize brand portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with marketing, digital, network, supply, negotiation, and finance teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven project management experience.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluent in English.
