1. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's standards.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance.
3. Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and various brand and regional training sessions.
4. Maintain responsibility for product display and cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
