- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

- Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services.
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of sales floor and merchandise.
- Support beauty classes and short services across departments.
- Operate cash register and manage daily business tasks.
- Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
- First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
- Fluent in English or native language of the country.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Organized and reliable with a communicative approach.
- Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.
- Good knowledge of beauty industry and trends.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service roles, particularly within the beauty or related industries.
