1. Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.

6. Control retail key figures such as MS, IPT, AVB, CR, and number of services.
7. Conduct scheduled inventory checks.
8. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of sales floor and merchandise.
9. Support beauty classes and short services across departments.
10. Operate cash register and manage daily business tasks.

1. Comparable experience or interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
2. First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
3. Fluent in English or native language of the country.

2. Organized and reliable with a communicative approach.
3. Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly manner.
4. Good knowledge of beauty industry and trends.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service roles, particularly within the beauty or related industries.
