- Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service.

- Maintain assortment and merchandise on the sales floor.
- Operate cash register and manage daily business tasks.
- Experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sector.
- First experience in retail and customer advisory roles.
- Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
- Excellent communication skills with customers.
- Strong organizational and team spirit.
- Open, motivating, and friendly demeanor.
- Creativity and innovation-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and people-oriented approach.
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service roles.
