- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s unique beauty needs.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge, application techniques and ingredient insights to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance by exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual standards, merchandising and inventory processes to ensure an organized, attractive and shoppable environment.
- Remain current on industry trends, product launches and seasonal campaigns to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.
- Prior customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service capability and a willingness to learn product techniques and brand standards.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or cosmetology certifications are a plus.
