1. Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s unique beauty needs.
2. Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge, application techniques and ingredient insights to educate and empower clients.
3. Drive sales performance by exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain visual standards, merchandising and inventory processes to ensure an organized, attractive and shoppable environment.
5. Remain current on industry trends, product launches and seasonal campaigns to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
6. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming client experience.

1. Prior customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling.
5. Physically capable of performing retail tasks, including lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate strong customer service capability and a willingness to learn product techniques and brand standards.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or cosmetology certifications are a plus.
