- Deliver personalized consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare to educate and empower clients.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain relevance and client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and on-brand retail environment.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety policies.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing settings (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
- Fast learner with capacity to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Ability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling (15–29 hours/week) and reliably work peak hours.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and candidates should demonstrate an ability to build lasting client relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty licensure is not required.
