1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
2. Manage sales by advising customers on product selection and application.
3. Participate in and complete Sephora University training and brand-specific training sessions.
4. Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating procedures.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
