1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
2. Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
3. Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and regional training sessions to gain product knowledge.
4. Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
