1. Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
2. Manage sales by advising customers on suitable products and adhering to company grooming and uniform standards.
3. Participate in and complete Sephora University training and other brand and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
4. Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in designated areas.
5. Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
6. Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
