- Deliver personalized consultations and tailor product recommendations to individual client needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, benefits and routines.

- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned targets and key performance indicators.

- Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and meet required weekly shift minimums.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience with a demonstrable ability to build strong client relationships.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge; ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in consultative selling.
- Team player with a goal‑oriented mindset and strong attention to presentation and merchandising.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
