1. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in the areas of color, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Greet all clients with enthusiasm and offer courteous and informed assistance.
3. Identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
4. Share product knowledge with clients and perform makeovers as needed.
5. Ensure team members receive comprehensive brand training.

7. Train other beauty advisors.
8. Participate in inventory control and communicate stock issues to management.
9. Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
10. Stay informed about special events and in-store animations.
11. Participate in programs aimed at reducing shrinkage and loss.
12. Understand and perform cashier host functions.

1. 1-3 years of experience in retail or service industry.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to influence business partners with clarity and conciseness.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation ranges from CAD 19.10 to CAD 23.25 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
