- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients in their beauty routines.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes, and keep the salesfloor clean, organized and inviting.
- Stay current on product launches, techniques and trends to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience demonstrating strong service and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment is preferred but not obligatory. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and meet sales targets is advantageous.
