- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise; educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Maintain currency on product launches, techniques and beauty trends to ensure relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance and meet or exceed assigned KPIs and conversion goals.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized and inviting.
- Promote an inclusive team environment and contribute to a positive, client-first culture.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards to create a secure shopping experience.
- Maintain reliable attendance and flexibility to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment with demonstrated customer service ability.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented retail environment.
- Rapid learner with the ability to absorb and relay product knowledge effectively.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability for flexible scheduling; for Flex roles, typically 4–14 hours/week with peak-shift availability.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop client relationships is advantageous.
