- Deliver personalized one-to-one consultations and product recommendations that align with each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual standards: support merchandising, replenishment, inventory accuracy and a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current on beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Availability to work retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet required minimum weekly shifts for part-time scheduling.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team player in goal-oriented settings.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reliable punctuality and attendance.
- Client consultation and clienteling

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service and sales aptitude is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
