Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized in-store consultations and bespoke product recommendations to meet clients’ individual needs and beauty goals.
- Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product benefits, application techniques and the latest trends across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship management.
- Support merchandising, inventory handling and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and on-brand retail environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues, supporting training initiatives and upholding Sephora Canada policies and standards.
- Maintain punctuality and reliable availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles.
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and product learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving collective sales goals.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work the minimum weekly hours required for part‑time scheduling and peak retail periods.

Entry-level; previous retail, hospitality or other client-focused experience is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent service and develop strong client relationships.
