1. Provide active support and consultation to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
2. Disseminate knowledge on products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
3. Deliver brief services across all departments.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
6. Manage inventory and stock replenishment in both the warehouse and sales floor.

1. Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
2. Initial experience in retail, customer consultation, and interaction.

1. Excellent communication skills in customer interactions.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the local language.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
