1. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert consultations, sharing product knowledge, and offering make-up services.
2. Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and implement in-store gift-wrapping and product trials.
3. Achieve store performance targets, including sales and conversion rates, through effective sales management techniques such as link, up, and cross-selling.
4. Participate in Sephora University’s training programs and complete brand-specific training to enhance product knowledge.
5. Maintain merchandising presentations, ensure cleanliness, and protect company assets within assigned zones.
6. Handle cashier duties in compliance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and CRM policy adherence.
7. Assist in stock management by supporting the Store Manager, managing product inventory, and maintaining a clean stock room.
