1. Promote safety and awareness by leading and participating in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
2. Maintain a strong store presence by spending 75-80% of time on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment.
3. Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
4. Monitor and investigate store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and address losses.
5. Respond to incidents by de-escalating situations professionally, prioritizing safety and client experience.
6. Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
7. Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
8. Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in court if required.

1. 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

1. Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
2. Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
3. Proficiency in conflict de-escalation.
4. Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
5. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
6. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Minimum of 1–2 years in relevant fields such as retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.

$25.00 - $29.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
