- Promote safety and awareness through active engagement with store staff and clients.
- Lead and participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance asset protection and reinforce safety protocols.
- Maintain a strong presence on the selling floor to deter theft, support service, and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborate with store leadership to align on shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
- Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools to identify and investigate losses.
- Respond to incidents with professionalism, prioritizing safety and client experience.
- Execute audits and prepare reports to support asset protection efforts.
- Adhere to all asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
- Support multiple locations as needed and represent Sephora in court if required.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
- Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety protocols.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in conflict de-escalation.
- Comfortable using CCTV and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
- Proficient in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in the use of CCTV and reporting tools.
1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
$26.25 - $30.94 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and location.
