1. Identify and report theft or company policy violations committed by employees to the direct supervisor.
2. Observe, apprehend, or deter individuals committing external theft.
3. Review exception reports and inventory data to detect dishonest activities.
4. Assist with internal investigations and conduct interviews.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding investigations and evidence preservation.
6. Conduct physical surveillance on the production floor and through CCTV systems.
7. Testify in court for cases involving the company.
8. Participate in inventory processes and shrink reduction plans.
9. Train warehouse associates in theft prevention and safety protocols.
10. Maintain professional relationships with warehouse personnel, law enforcement, and other retailers.
11. Serve as a trainer and mentor for new and existing agents and security staff.
12. Review and approve security staff schedules.

1. Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, preferably within Supply Chain.

1. Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
2. Intermediate computer proficiency.
3. Ability to make quick, appropriate decisions in stressful situations.
4. Aptitude for de-escalating volatile situations.
5. Capacity to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment, preferably within Supply Chain.

High School graduate or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $23.00 - $24.60/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
