- Precisely place and secure appliqués on watch dials according to technical drawings and work instructions.
- Perform adhesive application and component handling under magnification, ensuring correct alignment and finish.
- Conduct visual inspections and in-line quality checks; identify and report defects or deviations to quality control.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and handle components in accordance with contamination-control procedures.
- Complete production documentation and traceability records accurately and on time.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise yield and process stability.
- Excellent manual dexterity and sustained fine-motor control for handling very small components.
- Keen visual acuity and attention to detail to detect surface defects and alignment issues.
- Ability to work with optical aids (loupe, microscope) and perform repetitive precision tasks.
- Familiarity with reading basic technical drawings and following written work instructions.
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to function effectively within a small production team.

Secondary education completed; vocational training or apprenticeship in watchmaking, micromechanics, or a related technical discipline preferred.
