1. Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues with damaged luggage according to RIMOWA standards.
2. Coordinate special repairs with the client care department.
3. Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering parts.
4. Maintain the organization of the workshop, including machine and tool maintenance.
5. Communicate with clients regarding repairs and provide product advice.
6. Meet key performance indicators such as turnaround time and quality standards.
7. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
9. Handle materials manually or with equipment, including loading, unloading, and moving.
10. Perform material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
11. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations for safe working conditions.
12. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

1. High School diploma or equivalent education.
2. Mechanical background using hand and power tools preferred.
3. Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
4. Experience in a repairs-related field, particularly with luggage.
