Technician

1. Identify and perform repairs according to RIMOWA standards.
2. Communicate with the client care department for special repairs.
3. Utilize the repair management system for organizing repairs and ordering parts.
4. Organize the workshop, including maintenance of machines and tools.
5. Inform and advise clients about repairs and products.
6. Meet key performance indicators such as turn-around time and quality standards.
7. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
8. Provide first-class service to all customers.
9. Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment.
10. Perform material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
11. Ensure safe working conditions per OSHA regulations.
12. Responsible for daily cleaning of work areas and equipment.

1. High School diploma or equivalent education.
2. Mechanical background using hand and power tools (preferred).
3. Experience in a manufacturing/technical environment.
4. Experience in a similar role or repairs-related field/industry product (luggage).

7. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/technical environment with hands-on experience using small hand tools.

High School diploma or equivalent education.

Permanent contract with full-time working hours.
