1. Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring optimal stock levels and accessibility.
2. Provide key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Store Manager regularly.
3. Facilitate easy product location for Client Advisors and ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines.
4. Communicate stock shortages or tensions to store client advisors promptly.
5. Plan and execute stock counts in accordance with RIMOWA's procedures.
6. Coordinate with headquarters for annual stock counts.
7. Validate delivery invoices promptly and oversee all stockroom deliveries.
8. Liaise with the supply chain team regarding delivery issues.
9. Assist the Client Advisor team in sales activities when necessary.

1. Basic school education
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment
3. Experience with luxury products is advantageous

1. Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English
2. Proficiency in CEGID, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
3. Strong product, brand, and market knowledge
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
5. Customer-oriented with a performance-driven mindset
6. Team player with a respectful and reliable demeanor

A minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, preferably with exposure to luxury products.
