1. Inspect cases with clients and set realistic expectations for repair quality and time.
2. Inform clients about warranty rules.
3. Determine if repairs can be performed in-store or need to be sent to the client care department.
4. Provide updates to customers regarding repair difficulties or delays.
5. Ensure quality control of suitcases before returning them to customers.
6. Utilize systems such as RMS, spare catalogues, and V3 for various tasks.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workshop and manage spare parts inventory.
8. Perform main repairs according to Rimowa processes and standards.
9. Handle creative repairs for very old suitcases.
10. Coordinate repairs with the client care department and inform customers about lead times.
11. Assist the Client Advisor team in sales if no repairs are needed in-store.

1. High School diploma or equivalent education.
2. Mechanical background using hand and power tools is preferred.
3. Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
4. Experience in a repairs-related field, particularly with luggage.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
