Rimowa Store Manager

- Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the store team on the sales floor.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members while promoting a culture of retail excellence.
- Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, sales and clienteling coaching, and regular review of individual transaction statistics.
- Assist sales associates in achieving individual goals by monitoring the sales process and providing timely feedback and guidance.
- Enable store technicians and operational teams to deliver impeccable after-sales service and seamless in-store operations.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance, create action plans, and clearly communicate reports to the General Manager.
- Uphold and advocate RIMOWA's values and competencies at all times, striving to exceed expectations.
- Lead by example, demonstrating RIMOWA's sales and service model; assist clients in delivering an exceptional sales and service experience.
- Ensure store cleanliness, adherence to health and safety regulations, and proper execution of branded product presentations and new launches.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and team management, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with proven experience managing a high-traffic store.
- Higher education degree or university diploma (e.g., Bachelor's degree) in a related field.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: effective communication both orally and in writing.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in training and coaching team members.
- Ability to interact with clients in a sophisticated manner.
- Proficiency in digital tools and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proactive and innovative approach to improving store processes and enhancing the customer experience.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
