Rimowa Saturday Retail Assistant (Minijob)

1. Provide high‑calibre, client‑facing service at the store entrance and throughout the shopping experience, embodying RIMOWA’s luxury standards.
2. Ensure a welcoming and impeccably presented store environment that prioritizes client comfort.
3. Support after‑sales activities including client enquiries, basic service coordination and follow‑up under store procedures.
4. Assist with stockroom operations, receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining inventory organisation.
5. Represent the Maison professionally at all times and support the store team with ad hoc operational tasks on Saturdays.

1. Fluent German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
2. Customer‑centric attitude with an emphasis on delivering exceptional luxury service.
3. Availability to work on Saturdays (regular weekend availability required).
4. Previous experience in luxury retail preferred but not mandatory; new starters are welcome.
