RIMOWA seeks a Digital Training Coordinator in Paris (CDI) to design and deliver e‑learning and digital retail training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations and infographics that translate complex information into clear, actionable learning.
- Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) to define learning objectives, assessments and measurement activities.
- Author and optimise multimedia learning content using specialist authoring tools and platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, retail teams and IT to gather content, validate accuracy and deploy training solutions across channels.
- Manage multiple training development projects from conception to delivery within agreed timelines and budgets, providing regular progress updates.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, iterate content based on performance data and recommend new tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ demonstrable experience in digital learning development, instructional design or equivalent roles.
- Proven track record designing and producing e‑learning courses and digital training materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex subjects into learner‑centred content.
- Solid project management capability with experience prioritising and delivering multiple concurrent initiatives.

Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in instructional design, digital learning development or related roles, ideally within retail or luxury sectors.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a related field.
