RIMOWA seeks a Digital Training Coordinator in Paris (CDI) to design and deliver e‑learning and digital retail training.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging digital learning modules, video tutorials, interactive simulations and infographics that translate complex information into clear, actionable learning.
  • Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) to define learning objectives, assessments and measurement activities.
  • Author and optimise multimedia learning content using specialist authoring tools and platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, retail teams and IT to gather content, validate accuracy and deploy training solutions across channels.
  • Manage multiple training development projects from conception to delivery within agreed timelines and budgets, providing regular progress updates.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, iterate content based on performance data and recommend new tools and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years’ demonstrable experience in digital learning development, instructional design or equivalent roles.
  • Proven track record designing and producing e‑learning courses and digital training materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distil complex subjects into learner‑centred content.
  • Solid project management capability with experience prioritising and delivering multiple concurrent initiatives.
