1. Deliver exemplary, boutique-level customer consultations that convert interest into sales while reinforcing long-term client relationships.
2. Achieve individual CRM targets through accurate customer profiling, follow-up communications and systematic relationship management.
3. Provide front-line after-sales service: accept and assess repairs, coordinate with the technical team, manage customer communications and ensure timely returns.
4. Perform minor on-site repairs and product servicing in accordance with RIMOWA quality standards.
5. Maintain in‑store presentation and product knowledge, keeping abreast of new collections, materials and repair protocols.

1. Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles (experience in after-sales/repairs is an advantage).
2. Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are highly desirable.
3. Demonstrable client advisory aptitude with strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
4. Comfort with CRM tools and a target-driven retail environment.
