Rimowa Retail Performance and Operations Intern

- Monitor and analyze RIMOWA’s international commercial performance.
- Interact with central teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, IT, and Finance, as well as regional teams for ad-hoc topics.
- Update weekly and monthly reports for top management.
- Analyze the performance of all distribution channels, focusing on KPIs and Sell In/Out metrics.
- Enhance the reliability of tools and reporting processes.
- Consolidate assumptions during budget phases.
- Support the implementation and optimization of retail operations, including collaterals management and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with overall business strategies and improve store process efficiency.
- Maintain and support content creation for the Retail Operations application to ensure compliance across all regions.
- Higher education qualification (BAC+5) in a gap year or final year internship from a business or engineering school.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in data management.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is appreciated.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates in a gap year or final year internship.
